How long is the shipping time?
It usually takes 2 - 4 days for your order to be shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation.
Please note that tracking is only possible when sending a parcel. You will receive the tracking number with your shipping confirmation.

Postal shipment: Free shipping
DHL parcel (insured):
- up to 98.99 = 6.90 €
- from 99 € = free
Shipping to AT
DHL parcel (incl. tracking):
- up to 129.99 € = 8.99 €
- from 130 € = free
Shipping within the EU:
DHL parcel (insured):
- up to 149.99 € = 8.99 €
- from 150 € = free
Shipping to CH:
DHL parcel (insured): 9.90 €
Shipping outside the EU
- DHL parcel 34.90 €
Can I also have it delivered to a DHL Packstation?
Clear! You can also have your order sent to a DHL Packstation.
To do this, you can simply enter the address of the DHL Packstation as the delivery address when placing your order. Please don't forget to include your postal number!
It is best to enter it as follows:
Address = "Packstation" and the number of the Packstation (e.g. Packstation 100)
Additional address = your own postal number
Where can I have it delivered to?
You can choose your home address, company address or a packing station as the shipping address.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver your items to a PO box or a border post office branch.
Please note that tracking is limited for postal shipments; there are fewer status updates compared to DHL parcel shipments.

Important information about immediate transfer
Depending on the bank, instant transfer can take up to 72 hours to process.
During this time, we will prepare your order and ship it as soon as payment has been confirmed.
You will receive your shipping confirmation with tracking number on the evening of the day of dispatch.

What is your jewelry made of?
We use exclusively 316L stainless steel for our jewelry. 18K gold, silver, or black alloys are applied in multiple layers. This makes our jewelry waterproof and very skin-friendly .
The stones used are zirconia gemstones.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Yes, thanks to the finishing, the color on the stainless steel lasts very well and does not tarnish. You can wear our jewelry in the water without hesitation.
How can I care for my jewelry?
The best way to do this is with a microfiber cloth and water. You should clean your jewelry regularly for two reasons.
1. If less dirt accumulates on your jewelry, cleaning is easier.
2. Your jewelry will shimmer much more beautifully when it is clean and polished.
This means you can enjoy your jewelry for a long time.
Return shipping & refund
How do I get my money back?
Your payment will be refunded to you as soon as possible after receipt of the goods and inspection via the payment method you originally used. You will receive a confirmation as soon as the credit has been paid out.
To make the process even faster and smoother, contact us in advance so that we can announce your return in the system.
How can I return products?
You are welcome to return one or more items to us within the 30-day cancellation period .
We do not cover return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without postage paid.
