- Qualitätsversprechen: Während dieser Testzeit garantieren wir, dass unser Schmuck sowohl ästhetisch als auch qualitativ höchsten Ansprüchen genügt. Sollte es jedoch zu Rötungen, Juckreiz, Ausschlägen oder Abfärbungen auf der Haut kommen, sind wir für dich da.
- Farbgarantie: Wenn unsere Schmuckstücke während der Testzeit ihre Farbe verlieren oder anderweitig beschädigt werden, ist das ebenfalls abgedeckt. Eigenverantwortete Beschädigungen können wir leider nicht für dich abdecken.
- Kostenloser Rückversand: Im Falle einer Rückgabe kommen wir für die Rücksendekosten auf, sodass dir keine zusätzlichen Kosten entstehen.
- Rückerstattung: Sollte eines der oben genannten Probleme auftreten, kontaktiere uns einfach. Sende uns die Schmuckstücke zurück und wir erstatten dir den Kaufpreis umgehend zurück.
