- Color Guarantee: If our jewelry loses its color or is otherwise damaged during the test period, this is also covered. Unfortunately, we cannot cover damage caused by your own fault.
- Free return shipping: In case of a return, we will cover the return shipping costs, so you won't incur any additional costs.
- Refund: If any of the above-mentioned issues occur, simply contact us. Return the jewelry to us, and we'll promptly refund your purchase price.
